Acutally, I think sucker fishing is a whole separate article topic.
Norm, you did a fine job writing this piece. I love fishing bucktails and any article that validates that is good.
You should consider publishing it in a magazine. Thnaks again for the very helpful suggestions. m

ps if I can get up your way for the June outing, I'd like to spend some time fishing with you.

Still can't read(still waiting on me GED papers), but I do vaguely remember seeing the peep in the article drifting amongst stick ups in a heavy fog, a bright green bait swaying slowly back and forth in the mist...not knowing what to say, we just gazed from a distance, finally working up the courage to approach the 2 beacons of light hunkering in the vessel...turned out our fears were unfounded; it was none other than "Toys for Troyz" and the NOW famous NormAL! After a short visit w/ these gentle giants, we went our way, casting, gorging on poagy bait, wasting gas, and in general waiting for feesh that never came...as the sun set later that evening and I slow chewed a Pay Day and finished off me last drop of me last Coke Cola, it occured to me that THIS day would some day occur in the future, and this day is NOW! I thus will forever more refer to THIS day as NormAL Day, the day of days that catapults Norm into the world of journalism, and am pleased to say the dude deserves every bit of credit for fine penmanship and kodachrome angles available! Gooder one dude...I'll be glad to help w/ a future sucker article; have either been one or swam w/ them most of me life..."Swimming W/ Suckers"...grab the popcorn...

Howdy back me manatees; was fortunate to nab a rare moment on Spongette's computer, thus the visitation. Good to see the board gravitate in the direction of reality, as some of us have drifted the opposite...again daggone good readering young Normster; you have passed Pearl S. Buck! Perhaps yer next essay could be "Call of the Norm"...anyhoos, the horned toad points north>>>adioZZZZZ

Thanks Sponge, I think, and thank you to all the rest.

Mikie, get your butt up here in June and you are guaranteed a seat in my boat at least one of those days! I am trying to keep that Saturday free from clients to enjoy the day with you guys. If you would get up here early, Thursday or Friday night are very possible also.
