Posts: 561 Location: Monee, Illinois | Okay I have been bass fishing for 20 years, and musky fishing now for 4 years. Last year we all heard about the weagle......what have been the BUZZ (no pun) baits the last 10 years that came out like weagle. Please post pictures if you have them how about the last 20 years. Was is it new line, new rods, new lures, new leaders, new boats. A little history here I guess.......Oh how many weagles and jitterbugs have there been... pga Edited by pgaschulz 1/1/2006 10:49 PM

Of course, there were lots of 'new' lures, but these were talked about alot. Many were developed before the internet, so it took longer to get the word out. The Weagle/Wabull is 100% an internet driven thing, much of which started right here. Some tackle that was all the buzz... Now it's minutes, not months, for information to become available about new products, how folks like them, and what big fish were caught on what new lure. The best conservation item? Posts: 2091 Location: Stevens Point, WI | I think Catch and Release has also come become a big buzz as well, for the greater good of the sport. In my mind this is the biggest revolution in muskie fishing.
