This time it's about Drifter tackle.
I emailed them about a Believer that I had that was filling w/ water. Mainly just looking for an easy way to fix it, Their reply was simple and to the point: "Send it to us, we'll replace it". Easy enough...
Well, a couple of weeks later a box was waiting on my desk containing a new Believer AND a 9" Squirrly Jake, presumably 'for my troubles'. Nice bonus. Thanks Drifter!

Kudos to Drifter....free baits rock..

I'd like to say Hooker Tackle was very good with me this fall... they replaced a 10" hooker I busted in half on mille lacs..sent me a new one very quickly.
Garmin also replaced my hand held gps no questions asked very quickly this fall too.

Great customer service!

i had the same experience with drifter last year!!! also brad i droped my garmin years back, and messed it up, sent it in for repair telling them it was my own fault....they sent me a new one no questions asked, great company as well!!
