My buddy and I have just beat this place to death with nothing but very small fish to show for our efforts. I keep hearing there are plenty of big muskies in there but I'm beginning to wonder. Can anyone give me some insight into this impoundment of the Flambeau River?
Thanks!

Out there this past weekend with decent acion but no big ones(biggest was a 43"er I got Sat.).

Weedlines were turning off for us, and rocks and runoff areas were best. There are some big ones in there, but it does have a lot of smaller fish. Topwater was best for us this weekend. One thing I do notice is that the smaller fish inhabit areas where I've never seen a big one. There is a couple humps in the main lake that hold some decent ones.
