| I have never bothered trying any of the different line dressings or treatments. Anyone have any experience with any of the different products? I think it would be worth the added expense if it extends the life or performance of line. Looking for opinions, thanks in advance. |

Location: Oconomowoc, WI | I’ve had Blakemore Reel Magic on fluorocarbon and mono, and it seems to help a bit with memory control. Have never used it with braid for Muskies.

Location: SW Ohio | I've heard of using a bow string wax on braid, especially for fishing in cold weather. Not sure if it helps but I'll try it on a couple of reels this fall. Think I still have some in my archery bench downstairs. |

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota | I’ve used kvd line treatment for years now. Always use it on floro when I’m winter time fishing for smallmouth or trout. Last few years I have used it when I get new line on my musky stuff, seems to help soften up new braid. For newer line I just use a handful of sprays on the spool the night before I go out, once the line is broken in I don’t use it anymore |
