| Purchased March of 2001, and used 6-8 times last season. Mint Condition. This rod handles 1-5 ounce lures and is part of the new G-Loomis muskie series. Would prefer to sell but would talk about possible trades.

| Hi Esoxdaddy,
I threw mainly Bobbies, Phantoms, 6 inch Hughes Rivers, and Mantas last year. The rod has a softer tip, it makes the Hughes Rivers and Mantas work very well. The only lure I had a problem with was the Phantoms (probably because I have no clue how to work them). I do not think you will have a problem with the 8 inchers.

I am kind of looking for the musky special in abu garcia for a possible trade, as I have one now, and really like it along with my one calcutta. I would prefer to stay with what works. I will have to take a look at the calcutta on this board, and see if I can work something out with Matt.
If you are still interested, the price is still a nice price for a top notch rod.

| Do you fish bucktails at all. You can check out my work an the Austin Auction post. Look for the Beavertails pic. I could make you 15 custom specials to your color specifications, size, blade type etc. Or we could do a cash/ bucktail combination. And I do have some 'like new ' Le Lures that are similar to Hog Wobblers. I've got 2 of those.
