I was able to get out on Monday (10/24) for about 6 hours. Water temps were 53-54 degrees. The water was alot clearer than i thought it was going to be (2-3 feet). Supposedly still in turnover. Fishing was slow. We raised 3. Only one opened its mouth and then turned away. Managed a mid 20's pike on a sucker. Small fish but it my blood going for at least a few minutes. We were almost the only ones on the water which was nice. Things should get better soon.

Out Saturday 10-29. Water temp 49 and change. Caught one dink , saw no other fish. Water clarity good on Channel but I've seen it clearer. Marie had good water clarity for Marie and Bluff the same/ Water is brown but visibilty is good. Probably a jinx to say but I think fish should be moving for the tourney. For someone other than me of course.
