Location: Orland Park | This thread probably won't last, but we Sox fans are in heaven, especially me. I cried like a baby!!!!! For once, the city will get to see a World Series here, and thankfully on the South Side.
If anyone has tickets, meet us in the B Lot with the grill and the drinks 3 hours before game time. I have 4 tickets to each game!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look for the black Sequoia with the environmental plates "MUSKIE"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location: lansing, il | last weekend was one of the greatest weekends of my life! i swore id never let a sports team affect me this way, especially in this day and age of pampered athletes. but being a sox fan since i could hold a bat upright this has been one of my proudest moments!!!! this team is amazing what a great bunch, from ozzie all the way down thru the whole bench. what a great group of guys. it just shows what a team with great chemistry can do. they are not the best ball players to take the field but they work well together and have the same desire! i finally understand what kenny williams meant when he said we were gonna have a team full of grinders!!!!i still cant believe it. THE CHICAGO WHITE SOX ARE IN THE WORLD SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| This is truely awesome GREAT news! Exciting at that as well.
Ever since growing up in South Bend, IN, my grandpa and my dad and I would make trips over to the original Comisky Park to watch the Sox. I've been a Sox fan since I was in little league growing up.
Pretty cool stuff!

I'm pulling for the Huston Astros to win their side of things, since they've never been to the big dance in the history of that franchise...it'd be cool to see two teams in the big dance that aren't the normal contenders for the World Series. |

| It is an awesome feeling to say the least. Every time I hear Rooney's call on that final out, I get all giddy. What an AMAZING display of pitching in that series. 4 Complete game victories in a row!!!! Clutch Hitting, good/sometimes great Defense, perfectly managed...WHAT A RUN!!!
As the chant goes...FOUR MORE WINS!!!!
I wasn't lucky enough to get tix, but I will be watching and savoring every moment. |

| I couldn't stop smiling when they won the Pennant.
It helped heal the 92 strike a little. The SOXS could have went all the way but the strike eliminated that oppurtunity....Thigpen, Blackjack, Thomas in his prime...WOW.
The 2005 team is on roll let's pray they can win four more games....CUB fans will be jumping out of windows if that happens.
Let's leave the high rise windows open and pray the good guys win four more.
