Posts: 32958 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I'm not home from the In Fisherman Lund/Outdoor Channel PWT Pro Am until Saturday morning, just in time for another cold front. I think I'm going to fish dark water, if the weather isn't too bad. Where are you headed to slap the steel to a muskie's lips?

Posts: 2024 | Depending on water temps, maybe Shelbyville early morning. Then other species the rest of the day. Again, all water temp. dependant.

Posts: 1764 Location: Ogden, Ut | Does going into work early (4:30) so I could fish this afternoon count? Got a 34 and a 35 between 2 and 6:30. The best part is that I got the 35 on the magic Bomber I got from Slamr and the 34 on the Sugar Tail I got from Slamr! Got a match Saturday, so will be back out then I guess. Sorno

Location: Athens, Ohio | Sunday, my son Jon and I are heading to Buckhorn Lake State park (http://parks.ky.gov/resortparks/bk/) near Hazard, Ky. for four days of muskie and bass fishing. I hope Mauser is still coming with us, haven't heard from him in a couple days. Anyway, we fish Sunday with guide Chris Haley, who also has done some excellent articles for Muskies Magazine. Looks like the hurricane will miss us mid-week from what they can tell. It ain't Canada but still should be lots of fun - and a much much shorter drive! m

Posts: 2024 | PATROLBOAT, You're keeping those Big Heads, right? If you live near Havana, hit the IL River there and don't even bring a rod. Just start cruising, grab a catchers mit and facemask, and have a blast. Sounds like fun in any regard.
