Undecided where I'll be. Somewhere in northern MN if I'm able to get out. Lobi, June 4th is the day.

Tight lipped on opening water this year by many hmmm...Odd
Therefore, It means nothing.

So I will fish the toy makers pond. Searching for "Treats Weagle wake" with a pair of binoculars !
I shall put in at 4-5am fish till I noonish or depending on fish/traffic.
Close - cheap gas cost and the possibility of big fish and "scenery"

And the chance to fish/motor amongst the most self-important, BLIND, gods gift to all,
look at my wallet bulge boat a$$-clowns anywhere !! I will be truly blessed.

Not that I'm complaining - What we will endure to have the chance to see/hook a fish. Dedication ?
Delusional ?

It may be small but it's a fish on the opener . . . thanks to EsoxLady for a great net job.

Managed a fat 35 incher on Saturday around 9:15 A.M. and a 38 incher on Sunday at 9:20 A.M. Both were beat up from spawning yet, but very healthy looking. Swam off strong.

Saw a total of 5 other fish, none which were active enough to strike. They'd follow, slowly and that was about it. Some were a little spooky too. See the boat, and off they went.

Twitching a 6 inch Jake.
