Could use some help anyone fished out of a navigator yet seems pretty coperable to a fishhawk, what are your likes, dislikes?

Thanks

I now have the Navigator 165 that is only a few inches shorter and 3 inches narrower than the 175. So far, I love the boat. Easy to move around, enough storage areas for lots of rods. I like how it handles big water so far. Been out in 3 footers and I didn't feel like I was pounding myself...but then again, I take it easy in big blows...

I really like the back end...the whole area is not too high to fish from casting, and figure 8s will be easy. you can be right next to the gunnel and the boat does not lean to one side.

Lots of floor space for big boxes and with the right motor..plenty of git go...

Due to some navigation issues and clearance under bridges where I fish, I opted with a 90 hp Yamaha 2 stroke. I need to keep the motor low profile so that it fits through since I have to tilt up a bit in order to have lower unit clearance under water.

So far, I have had the boat in 3 foot waves, glass calm and various conditions in between as I went through break in earlier this spring. Numbers are pretty good for the moment...I have yet to run clean gas through it (break in required the use of 50:1 mix in addition to the oil injection system). 5400 RPMs, 39mph with a stock 17 pitch and motor mounted in the 3rd hole up off transom.

Handles really well.

Location: The Yahara Chain
I bought a Navigator 175 last August. I have no complaints, excellent boat.
Plenty of room, 94" beam.
