So now that we all know that our Green bay fishery is taking off, there are lots of nice fish out there and some serious fatties. My fishing partner and I were talking about how we feel that a 50 inch limit up there doesn't seem like a big deal, like it could be even higher to protect the bulk of large producing females.
I know that replicas are a very common thing now days but fish are still being plucked out of there that are a crucial part of building a world class fishery. That is everyones given right to harvest, but I really think that guys(and gals) need to look at the big picture.
Come on, Wisconsin can't lose this world record thing to some Viqueens or NewOrkers!
How many of you feel that 50 sometimes isn't enough, be serious.
I know it took a lot to get the limit we have now, but hopefully this growing trend of these fish will inspire other limits to be changed.
No argues, just opinons.
