| I just received my x-15mt and was reading the manual and it shows a Pole mount adapter that I can mount the GPS hocky puck to and then screw that onto an antenna mount. This would work great but I do not have the pole mount adapter. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one? If so drop me an email at [email protected] I would pay for the adapter?
Thanks

| You can get them at West Marine, Boat US, Cabela's, Ganders, Fleet Farms. Probably Reeds and Thornes, too.
But why? Mount that sucker right on the dash, behind the windshield. It'll work just fine, and be protected, and out of the way. |

| The only reason I am mounting this unit this way is because I am using it on 2 boats If I was leaving it on a boat then that would be a great way to mount it. I use this x-15 for my bass and walleye boat, but thank you for the idea. |

| How about using Velcro? I know a couple guys do this, and they say it works great. |

spent the afternoon yesterday with steve fellegy, he remembers you and says hi.
quickdraw:
as far as the x-15 use a RAM or JOHNNY RAY mount. that is what they are designed for. just buy a extra base and install it on the other boat. i have my eagle intellamap 480 mounted this way. it goes from my boat to the atv to the snowmobile to my truck. not a problem! just put a 12v plug for power on the x-15.
