What do you guys/gals think of this lure? How deep does it get? How fast does it rise? Is there anywhere I can get one other than direct from the maker? It would be nice to avoid $6 for shipping and handling!

We stock them at Guide's Choice in our "white belly perch" pattern. Sorry you can't escape the shipping cost though.

I really like them for certain uses. They remind me alot of the old L&L Exciter, though they have a bit more hang time. They dive down, and pop to the side on each pull/tap. Are really durable for banging around on rocks with the Lexan lip. One can work them down to over 8', or if worked slowly, keep em up higher.

Not too sure if there is anyone in MN carrying them.

DJS - Are you going to the Blaine show, if so something could be done. I think Guides Choice will be there with their white belly perch. Pete are you guys going to be in Green Bay this weekend?

I can attest to the fishability and the quality of Roger's (H20) baits. They are all awesome in the water and high quality. Roger is the best bait maker out there in the business today.

Guide's Choice will be at the Green Bay show this weekend and will have the H2O's with us. We will not be exhibiting at the Blaine show. After Green Bay our last show will be the Chicago Extreme. By the way, the new X-Glides we got from Roger look awesome.

Roger, I am going to be going to the Blaine show. I am not sure if you will be there, but I could go for a medium sized jailbird Ripper.

The ripper is cool and versatile. Sweep the rod and it will get deep, You can lightly twitch it and the thing goes nuts and stays shallow. www.H20tackle.com

DJS - I have one of those on hand and I will not be there, but there are a few options. One way or another I will get one there.
Pete glad you approve the X Glides, they looked so nice I painted one for myself. For anybody interested they are 6" ones that should work well for spring and where a smaller size is needed. There are a few people who post here that that have been doing well with them the last few years.
I will stop and see your tower of pink on Sunday, Saturday I will be at the Sportsman in Appleton they has some things going on then.

Roger, I usually try to get to MN the first week of their season. I could try to get one over to him then.....That is if my cousin will have me over in June....
