| Raze, pick up a couple of "eliminator buttons" from an archery supplier. They should do the trick.

| Tie a neon colored bobber stop about 4-8 feet above your leader. You will feel it pass over the tip as you reel it in or just look for it. It works great for night fishing and when cranking deep running baits or in very stained water. You can use it to judge the depth of the lure and begin your figure 8, L-turn, Oval, upward rip,...
It works well with beginners too when trying to teach them not to reel the leader all the way to the rod tip.
I'd think a bead would add to the problem of collecting weeds etc. on the leader. The bobber stop doesn't have this problem. |

The reason I've gained some interest in this matter is, I broke the insert out of a titanium top on my Diamondback a couple years ago. Replacement cost was like 35 bucks................. |
