This is the first time in 8 yeare i do not have a booth at the chi Muskie expo. So i had alot of time to look around & it got me thinking ( i know scarry thought ). What would you do to make the show better and what things you would leave alone. what are you thoughts? Not just the chi show but all shows

Location: Minneapolis, MN | Beer and bratts! I've noticed where there is beer (Extreme) that people stick around and socialize more, maybe even make a day of it. |

| this was my first time at the Chicago show, one thing i missed that they had at the Milwaukee was the big demo tank in the middle of the floor with ongoing lure demonstrations.
didn't have time to stay for the 5:30pm poolside demo...would have been nice to have an ongoing one.
that being said, i was very impressed and it was definitely worth the drive down from wisconsin. |

Location: Des Moines IA | This is the first year I made it out to the Muskie show. Got there in time to hear Joe Bucher's Seminar (4:00) then we looked around. Walked around twice and was still done by 6:15. I guess I just thought it would be bigger. Saw some new stuff though ... 14 inch Jake's? That was a first. The "uptown dawgs" were interesting too haven't seen them before. And best of all I found the Black Perch depthraider I have been looking all over for!!!!!! So all in all it was a great day. Especially when you include the after show swap in Hoffman Estates. Got some great deals there too.Even a weagle!

Location: oswego, il | Beer for sure, I figure I could have signed up twice as many people into MI if the had a buzzed impulse mojo going.
I missed the pool demo but the format sounded like everybody had a shot at the pool so that is good.
Bigger venue. It's nice but hey, if there is a wating list, why not just expand the show?
Still the biggest musky show and alot of fun. |
