Where is the category for single strand wire? I wouldn't dream of fishing without it!

Didn't see Cortland Musky Master anywhere. Plus I use different lines for different applications, so I would like to pick more then 1 line if I vote.

It used to be whiplash in 80lb but then they got to go and discontinue it, I tried for about a year to find it but no one had any.

I spin with nothing other than 14 lb. fireline. I still have a stash of 25 and 40 lb. Berkley ultra max for the casters. Brought in a 51" spotted on the fireline this fall. I don't need ancor rope! I've NEVER had a muskie break me off.

Cabelas RIPCORD SI in 60 or higher lb. test, wish it wasn't so expensive though.

Berkley Whiplash rocked! I still have a few hundred yards left, but I'll probably use it all up this next spring when I respool. #*^@ shame, it was good stuff.

I have tried them all. My favorite used to be Whiplash. I found power pro cut and snapped on rocks to easly and tuff plus is okay along with others. The best to date though is Stealth!!! It does not fray as easly as the others and is very good in the rocks. The line is great for both casting and trolling. Rarely backlashes and when it does, it is very easy to get out. It also has one of the lowest diameters for strenghth so it makes it very easy to control lure depth as well as fit some of the smaller reels. I use 80 pound which seems to be an all round great line for most applications.

Regards
Cory

I've been using the Spectron line since shortly after it came on the market. I've tried most of the others and keep coming back to Spectron.
