Subject: Getting the videos to play

I'm curious as to what the trick is to get the bait demo videos to work on this site is. I am running DSL but the videos all seem to pause and at that point all I get is audio. I tried hitting pause for a period of time and this seems to make no difference. Anyone else able to get them to play?

Thank you!!

I have the same problem. I have the newest Media Player and all that jazz. I blame it on my low rent video card.

Do you have the newest Media player loaded? The videos are working just fine, so it's definitely on your end.

Not sure what version of windows media I have Steve...maybe I just need to upgrade. I don't have problems using the media player elsewhere tho and that's why it has me stumped. I can get the videos that say "windows media download" but not the others...will try again.

Thank you.

We are geared for 9 or better,so here's the link to upload a new player. Let me know if it works out for you.

Went to the link Steve and downloaded the new version....big file!! Anyway, still doing the same thing, the video starts to play, I get the audio, then the video pauses and the audio keeps going...bummer.

Sounds like the streaming video is giving your system problems, it's usually a download speed issue when you get audio and no video.I think the system requires 332 KBS, check your speed and see if you don't have enough bandwidth.
