Here's a link to a picture of a monster musky I caught recently. She measured out at 55.5" x 27" and weighed in at an incredible 50lbs. 2oz.!!! After some quick pics she was released unharmed back to where she belongs. She swam away like a rocket! What an incredible sight! She was caught around dusk trolling a believer on wire line over deep water. A fish of a lifetime and a life changing experience for sure.

Congrats on a real PIG. Thanks for letting her GO.

Not much room for improvement, but it will be fun trying.

Just kidding.... just surprised noone said it yet (ha ha).

Awesome fish!!! Congrats and thanks for sharing the pics! I love BIG fish pics.... and that is one BIG fish for sure.

Awesome fish! What's the best apart about it is the way in which he supports the full body weight of the fish. With a beast like that it's imperative you do it, and Pete, you did it. Congrats!

Great fish, what a monster. Get a nice digital replica of that baby so you can remember the experience each and every day!

Yeah, there's not much difference between this fish and the 30 inch fish I catch, except maybe this one's bigger, fought harder and longer, filled the whole net, fatter, weighed more, changed his life forever, that's about it?
Nice work, dude. Now you're ruined for life, better start taking golf lessons. m

Nice fish

Howdy Mikie, your comment is similar to what I tell my wife, that is I have the exact same muscles as Arnold Schwratzenegger the only difference is that he is deformed

Mick-

I think that is the downrigger "ball" only it is shaped like a fish.

Yes that is a downrigger ball. A shark cannonball shaped like a fish. It is chrome faceted. The lure I caught the fisn on is a 8' straight believer trolled off of a copper line rod. Thanks guys for all your comments and applause. I'm just glad she made it through the whole thing and swam away so strong!!

The voices tell me I catch fish like that all the time, only I am too modest to brag!
