I just wanted to drop a line and take the time to thank a couple of the guys who
frequently share information on this board.

I recently mentioned that I would be traveling down to Pewaukee this past Friday, Nov. 26th and I was contacted by Tuffy1 and Dennis from Sterling Guide Service. Both of the
guys provided me with some tips and ideas about where to attack the lake for the first time. I never made it to Pewaukee and opted out for Shawano Lake instead. Good thing too as it resulted in a nice fish.

Tuffy1 has always been very friendly and quick to share ideas. I also appreciate Ulbian,
who provided me with lots of information in the past with how to attack Shawano.

I also have come to enjoy many other people who post on this and other boards. There
is guy who goes by the name Esoxcpr. Your posts are always very articulate and thought provoking. I also have found Reefhawg or Jason S. posts to be very interesting
as well. You have made me reconsider some previously held notions or ideas about
suspended fish as well as coldwater topwater usage.

I really enjoy muskiefirst. This board seems to attract the real fanatics and or musky nuts like myself. I like the way the board sticks to muskyfishing as well.

Thanks guys for the sharing of information. I realize we all need to put in our time and pay our dues. Generalized tips and pattern suggestions are helpful. I assure you that all fish are handled and released with great care. Have a good winter show season and
good luck in 2005.

I second the sentiment regarding the board and Tuffy1. I fished a lake that I had never fished and asked for info. Joel shot me an email and specified the jackpot as a hot lure on the lake. Last day of fishing and I was out with my wife, 2 year old, and 6 year old. I had a musky come up and eat a jackpot at my toes. I literally had no room for another twitch. The fish was a girthy 45 incher that wasn't my biggest but will always be my favorite fish because my boys could enjoy it. Come to think of it, it was my biggest of the year and probably wouldn't have happened if not for the great info sharing I see everyday on this board.

I to would like to say thanks to all here!!! I come here every day, some days two or three, to see what is going on. I can't get out and chuck wood as much as I would like, so I get the next best thing. Vary good musky info. Thanks Evan
