Has anybody tried a 4 stroke 200hp johnson?
I just got one on a alumacraft tournament sport 185 and really like it.
I have put about 12 hours on it this fall so far so good. I like how quite it is and the fuel useage.
I was just wondering if anybody else has tried one and how you like it?
I like the boat also I looked all summer at boats and this has the floor plan and hull i liked the best. mark

Mark,

Your motor is the Suzuki 200 and from what I've heard about Suzi's is all you need to do is change the oil once a year and run it.

You might get a better response from posting this on the walleye board. Better chance there's someone over there with a similar setup.

Alumacraft has come a long way over the years. The 2XB hull is nice, I rode in a 175 Navigator last summer and I was impressed. Seems to be a quality/value in their boats. I too have considered them for my next rig but I have been in fiberglass so long that it would be a whole new learning curv for me.

Nice rig, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
