I will be up there. Probably mainly on Webster. Not sure if I'll try Barbee Chain or not.

Leaving the office (Indy) around 4:30ish on Friday...get to the cabins around 6:30ish...put boat in the water. May try a bit of night fishing. Then hit it on Saturday and Sunday only. The weather's looking great for this weekend. A bit cold and rainy for tomorrow...but a warm up and dry out period on Sat and Sunday.

Driving over Saturday evening to fish Webster on Sunday. I could use a recommendation on a place to stay and where to get some licences.

Thanks

Jesse,

Get a hold of "The Lodge" Their phone number is: 574-834-1500.

Speak with Samie, tell her I sent you and she might be able to get a room for you.

You can buy a licence at "Yo Old Tackle" which is just about 500 yards north of the Lodge and they are open late and open up around 6:00 am.

Call me tonight, if I am not around, leave me a message and your phone number and I will call you back. I will be glad to help you out. 419-553-6570

Also, for info on the lodge, check out my site, http://www.mikehulbert.com Go to the Lodging page and you can find info on the place. It is a cheap place to stay, and they have plenty of parking and electrical hook ups for your rig.

Talk to you later,

Slow weekend for me on Webster. Had six follows...one that resulted in a hit boatside as the result of big circles and a lap around the back of the boat and around the motor to the other side of the boat...you could tell he was in a positive feeding mode if he hung in there that long and obviously seeing me the whole time. Little guy...31 incher...but a fish nonetheless.

Saw one other boat get a nice sized fish in the boat out by Epworth Island. That was it for the weekend.

How everyone else do?
