Hi. I know this same question has been asked before but this is based on this summers results and into next summer. Which is better in late july NW Angle or Sabaksong Bay? looking for lots of follows and numbers+ big fish. Also if i go to sabaksong bay i am thinking about red wing lodge. Is this lodge around good water? Any other comments about this lodge? As you can see i need to gather all the info that i can. thanks for all the information!!!

Red Wing is in a great area and is a very nice resort. mike will treat you well, too. I fished out of there for a number of years in the 80's at least one week a year, and always did very well. Numbers and good fish are definitely there.

Muskie man,
Email me and I'll give you the low-down on Sabaskong (or what info we've collected) w/ select spots and my thoughts on Red Wing. We've stayed there for the past four years (~35 days). Needless to say, we love it!!!! Drop me a line at [email protected].
