Got a question, can someone explain more specifically what is meant by fishing with meat. Does it mean to drop a piece(what type) off meat directly below your boat or is it slang for sucker fishing?

Tommy, Tommy, Tommy, you just can't seem to get it right, It Does NOT mean "SUCKER FISHING" it means " MUSKIE FISHING" but using suckers for bait
