Was up last weekend with the beautifully high winds with water temps in the very low 60s on the lakes. Managed to see only 3 fish in the day and a half with one of those missing a bait, but nothing else. Nothing moving except those 3 fish. Tried all sorts of things...trolling off breaks, casting flats with all sorts of horizontal and vertical baits to no avail. Water is starting to cloud up a little too..

Thought turnover was in the mid 50s....

Is it happening in your area?

Not in the TC metro, water is in the mid 60's to 70 in most places.

None in Vilas County, Wisconsin yet. In fact, water temps are as warm or warmer than we had a month ago.

I was out in the back last night tossing arrows at a deer target in 75 degree temps. It won't be long; after all this IS Wisconsin, but not yet in Oneida County either.
