"I'm feeling generous" and thought I'd share a little "Inside circle" info on what the boys at Badfish are doing. hehehe Ahhh I miss the internet! I guess all I can say is Gregg Thomas is incredible when a camera is on him. And you thought you would be able to out do the first tape.... And... A certain staff member of MuskieFIRST that shall remain nameless for fear that it becomes "Shameless SELF promotion" caught a very nice fish on video in the Bemidji area. Oh yeah I guess I shouldn't say anything about him catching it on a top water bait. Just another lure.... And I of course....oops nevermind that would be "self degrading" so I guess we will have to wait. Hope everyone still smiles in the big city. Steve Cady One More Cast...

Posts: 2752 Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | OK- Shady, Mike H, Badfish and all you other "shameless self promoter's". This blatent misuse of the internet to further your own nefareous puposes has to stop. My computerkeybaordis clogged up with drool, I am so jealousssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. You guys get to do everyday what I dream of being able to do- fishhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! So stop it now- go get a real job. Yeah, Shady go get a job as steel worker in a foundry, learn what real work is, or maybe become a dairy farmer, that's a 7x 365 day job. You guys have way to much free time on your hands. So just stop it! Nooooooooo! Wait, I didn't mean it. I was delirious. I need another fix, more video, more pic's, more outrageous stories about mystery lures and gargantuan muskies. Pleeeaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee? I'm trapped in this high tech job behind this key board, it's Saturday morning, I should be fishing but I can't escape. Tommorrow morning I board a airplane for "Rhode Island", geez, you'd think I could finagle a trip to a real state with muskies, nooooooooooooooooo! I gotta go to "Rhode Island"!!!!! Helpppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!! Al Edited by ESOX Maniac 8/14/2004 7:05 AM

Location: Athens, Ohio | Jason at Badfish is destined to become the King of Muskie Porn and it looks like Mr. Thomas is taking up where Johnny Holmes left off in that context. Just keep the ratbellies off camera and I can still show the DVD to the kidz. Can't wait to see the next Madness, and an extra special thanks to Mr. Sloan for the kind donations to the Mauser Camp fund. Shady, I wanna see you hook a hawg on this next video. m

After a tough early season we're finally catching up on some footage. Thanks goes out to GT, Cady, Jonesi, Tanner Wildes, and Luke Ronestad (sp?) for helping us out. Time is running short, I move to Montana in three days to set up for two elk hunts and an antelope hunt over the next month, then six whitetail/mulie excursions through Thanksgiving. Gordy will be taking over camera duties for the fall muskie hunt. Hopefully the inconsistancy we've experienced here in Vilas this summer will be replaced by a feeding-binge autumn. southshore-audio problems are a thing of the past. I had never transferred from digital to analog, and won't ever again. Everything will be DVD, which in itself takes care of most of the audio drops. Filming in extreme conditions like we do (30mph winds, -30 degree fall hunts) makes for some tough post-production. Video equipment is not made to be used in such instances, yet we do it anyway to get the shot and if an audio drop or focus-wander occurs, we feel it's worth it for the fact alone that people can see a situation that most productions will not shoot in to begin with. Sighting in the Weatherby this afternoon, sore shoulder tomorrow for the Madison Chain. J.Sloan BFO
