Can someone who has AT&T on the on-rate plan tell me if calls on LOTW are considered inside the nationwide plan or do they bury you with international charges?

Here is the link I found for their coverage map. It looks like it may be extremely close on the coverage from what I saw on the map.. Might be best to call them and ask out right.

Att does not work in Sabaskong area. You lose signal just outside Ft. Frances.
