This Saturday, June 12th, is the first of the 4 Ironman Musky tournaments in SouthEastern Wisconsin. In addition to posting this message for a notice or reminder to potential participants, we also need 1 more judge boat to help out with the event. Tournament hours are 7am to 4pm. If you are interested or need more information, please send me an email.

Thanks,

Kevin

Mike,

I think Smokey's has brochures with all the details.

Trolling is permitted. Full field is 60 teams, pay 5 places - $4500, $1800, $1350, $900, $450. Entry fee is $160 per team, includes big fish pool ($600). Registration, rules and ease out drawing, Friday 6pm at Smokeys.

Kevin,

How many guys are signed up for Saturdays Ironman?

I could find a judge boat if radios are supplied.

Slamr would be a great judge, give him a radio and your set.

Slamr,

Yes, a radio will be supplied. If you have a cell phone for backup, that would be good. A small fee will also be paid to cover your costs. Gas, launch, etc...

I haven't heard a number on participants, but I know there's still plenty of room. I've heard several are just signing up Friday night because there was no incentive to sign up early. (Myself included)

This tournament is very well run with plenty of great sponsors, good fisherman, door prizes, etc... I'm also assuming if Slamr comes out to judge, we'll have live coverage here on MuskieFirst!!! We'll be happy to supply all the necessary info needed for the World Musky Rankings as well.

Thank You Slamr for volunteering to help out as a judge boat and provide recap here at MuskieFirst. It was good talking to you and I'll see you Saturday a.m.

Anyone still looking for information can email me. Plenty of spots still available.

Thanks again,

Kevin
