Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Troy and I met with the folks from Nils Master USA last week to look at some of the new products they carry. I was impressed with the new 10" Invincible and the 6"Jumbo. l I am looking forward to throwing them this year. Anyone use the Jumbo yet?

Location: Holly, MI | Nils makes a fine high quality product (and I'm not just saying that because I'm Finn). A 10 inch troller in Chocolate Perch took the 42 pounder last summer on Lake St Clair here in Detroit . I think the Chocolate perch might have been a custom paint job however. |

Location: DES MOINES, IOWA | Steve, I bought a Nils at a local bait shop, when I was in there to pick up a hunting license last Fall, so I haven,t used it yet. What I bought was quite impressive, but had no name on it.Sounds like what Lobi was referring to.10" snout to tail, 4 3/4" in diameter by the head tapering down to a 1 1/2" tail, with a 1 5/8" width to the lip.Pretty heavy bait that looks like it trolls between 14-16'.Mine has a color scheme resembling a rainbow trout with an orange belly, and is really eye catching. It looks like a winner, but won,t know till this Summer, for sure. |
