| Speaking for two different deer camps and most people in the taverns I talked too, the numbers of deer killed are down. Most people say they saw little or nothing during the gun season. I also heard there may be another 9-day gun season. Anybody else hear this? Anybody know if it will be open for bucks?

| That would be great.. but I only have one doe tag left. I filled my buck tag and my bonus doe already in the first hour and a half of the season.

| As far as I heard is the 4 more days of T-zone(does only)Dec.6,7,8&9!Muzzleloader and late bow for bucks!I`ll be out bow hunt`in,should have shot that smaller 8pt.er!Now I will be freezing my cojanos off!Jeff |

| Dude, have seen at least 15 off + on over the past 2 weeks....only 6 bucks, none over 6 pts. but there is a HUMONGO 12 pointer w/in a 1/4 mile of the house here + I have 3 tags left...last day of rifle is this Sat. + I'll hunt Fri./Sat. For some reason I haven't shot one w/ the rifle...I want the big one but will shoot one off the deck here for meat Sat. if need be! It has been in the 70s here all season + most rutting activity has been at night....the secondary rut should hit during late muzzleloader I HOPE. Has been the slowest season in recent memory as most of the bigger bucks have been seen after dark around the house here.....[:(] [:sun:] |
