| Just wondering if anyone uses these for muskies. I bought some at Dick's the other day. They were 4 bucks and looked pretty interesting. There made by FIN-S, there 10 inches long and come with one large hook about 3 inches long. If you have used them, what is the best time, place, cover, way to work them?
Thanks for any replies,

| I've never tried one for muskie, but they are down right deadly for largemouths in the timber. |

| I use them in the slop where nothing else will get through, like the little dollar pads in Canada, and really heavy milfoil. I twitch them, sorta like a glide bait, and vary the speed depending on conditions. Need to give the fish a 4 count after she takes the bait, or you WILL miss most of your hits! |

| Sworrall,
Just wondering who your SLUGGOS are made from what company? Also, how big are your sluggos and what colors do you prefer.
Thanks,

| tried to send this yesterday but it went to cyberspace. steve w is right on sluggos work great in the slop or places you cannot get any thing else to work. water with good visibility is better than dark stain as i think its more a site bait. if you start the hook in the bottom of the front instead of dead center it will come to the top and will walk the dog like a top water. one thing to keep in mind is not to overweight the bait with to big a leader. you want as much hangtime as you can get. red/black black or white have been good colors for me. hope this helps.
