For the guys headed out for the openers this weekend, where are you going to be pitching? Looking shallow, deep, somewhere in between? For me I'll be pounding the shallow rocks in the rivers, as it appears that the fish are just now finishing up the spawn.

Going to start with the shallow bays by the 528 bridge, and won't be sure after that until I look at my lake map tonight.

Well with the forecast for the Madison area looking to be in the 40's for high temps....I'm suspecting slow moving, twitched/paused baits will be best...maybe some jig/reapers as well.
I don't remember an opener in the 40's since 4 years ago!
