Posts: 459 Location: New Baden IL | Divani, I mostly cast the super stalker. It's a super twitch bait, you can get it to almost turn entierly around from head to tail. I like to put just about 1/2 oz. of lead solder around the front hook to make it slightly less bouyant. I love them for shallow speed trolling. I usually keep them close to the boat, on less than 25' of line. They have an action a lot like a wiley's. They were absolutely THE hot bait on Kinkaid last spring. I'll be throwing one this weekend Rod

Posts: 2378 | Lobi - It's just a jointed Believer with a tail like the Squirrely Ernie and Jake. Looks pretty good Edited by BALDY 4/16/2004 7:25 AM

Posts: 2061 Location: Belgium | do you miss a lot of strikes on that crankbait? The tail seems to be far behind the rear treble. Or is this one of those lures that the pike and muskies just engulf like a bulldawg?

Posts: 1462 Location: Davenport, IA | I've had fish just bite the tail off the super stalker and missed some other strikes. Its not the greatest hooking lure As far as the believer, its got great actiong but I haven't thrown it too much. Its an 8" modified. I wish they would do it to the 10"

Posts: 1137 Location: Holly, MI | Oh, yea.. That is what I ment I had ordered. Not the super believer. Is a super just a 10 incher? I was wondering about that back hook not being very far back. I was considering dropping it back a bit more on a piece of stainless wire. Some people have modified the Shallow invaders this way. Has anyone tried it with the Super Stalker?
