Muskie Fishing -> Fishing Reports and Destinations -> Shelbyville Report

Does anyone know what the conditions are on Shelby? I am thinking of stopping there on my way home this weekend from So. IL. Is the water too warm to fish? Is anyone getting any action there?

Thanks.

Got word yesterday from a tourney ass bangler friend of mine that the muskies are hot right now on large blue flake plastic worms on main lake points. No fooling!

Water temp has dropped from the previous weeks high of near 90 to a moderate 81 degrees. Just
water release the fish and they should be ok (Temps rising again towards weekend, but if your in southern illinois you're probably aware of that fact!).
