Would like a new row trolling boat, but need advice on who makes quality models and where/how to contact them? Any opinions or advice on what's a good make for sit down rowing or stand up fly casting?

Call Heckels Eagle River Marine in Eagle River, Wisconsin (1.800.Heckels). Ask for Dick. I am sure he can help you get into their custom row troller!

Many thanks for the advice, guys! Now that I've spent a fortune at the great Pittsburgh Show last weekend, hope I've got enough left for the new row troller?

The article in MH by Patricia Strutz gives some references to boat and associated equipment manufacturers. Check it out and you'll get a lot of good info.
