I was looking at the webcam and it apears to be open, I'd just like an eye witness report. Also, does anyone know what the water temp is? Thinking about going down this weekend or next.

Can't say for sure about Clear Lake, but....I'm about 2 hours away from there, mostly east and a little south, and the water temps are 44-49 depending on what part of the lake I'm on. Back bays and creek arms are warming up nicely. Wouldn't think Clear Lake would be too far off since it is a relatively shallow lake. With this warming trend, the surface temp has been going up 1-2 degrees daily. Hope this helps you some. Hopefully someone from over there can give you specifics.
