Isn't the Chubby Darter an ics fishing jig like the ice fishing Rapala?

Where is my R&H?

Now I had to go and see if I was thinkin' funny or not.. here is the darter.. http://www.salmo-usa.com/lures/chubby_darter.html
Some of the guys on Lake St Clair use these for perch thru the ice. They remove the hooks and add a jig on a dropper below the chubby a couple of inches down tipped with a waxie. The perch think that the other perch (the darter) will get it before they do and com grab the waxie/jig
