| I’ll be staying at Tamarack Lodge August 31-Sept. 4th. It will be my first time musky LOTW. Looking for a few pointers. Are there enough spots to get me started close to camp? What type of structure this time of year? Baits? I’m thinking bucktails & topwater. I’ve got a mixture of everything. Also looking to do a little walleye fishing to break up one of my days. |

Location: deephaven mn | Tamarack Island is a great location. Yes there is good fishing close to camp, Good numbers off fish and a chance at a big one too. Smaller bucktails and top water are great choices as fish are in shallow rock areas. Pounding rock with depth raiders can be good too. cast it out in 4 feet or less of water and bounce it of the rocks. |

Location: Brighton CO. | I've caught many of Muskie in front of the resorts I've stayed at, or in front of my Grandparents home. No reason to drive by fish to get to fish. (I've even caught Muskies off the resort pier) |
