Posts: 568 | Was there a link here for moon charts and the hottest fishing time for each day of the week or month ? Or can someone provide their favorites that give the majors and minors ?

Posts: 100 | I use this one all the time: https://www.sunrisesunset.com/ It gives the moon phases, moon rise, set, etc. it’s pretty simple and has good coverage.

| If I could tag on this thread: How many of you pay attention to barometric pressure? As a kid, many decades ago, I would go to my uncle's cabin in the Harrison Hills, and he had a barometer by the door. He watched it and if it started to fall, we were going fishing regardless of what else had been planned. I really don't check it for fishing anymore. (When living in the U.P. snow belt I watched the barometer daily. The lowest reading I ever had coincided with what some said was the worst blizzard in 50 years) | |||

Posts: 1602 Location: Brighton CO. | I have apps on my phone but there been places I've fished where there is no cell service so before I go I would have to take a screen shot of my phone to get around this.( at home before I left) This year I bought moon chart booklet from R&H. I used to have a thing I hang on the wall that had temp., and barometer but it flamed out. I miss that thing I need to buy a new one. My grandparents had a thing on the wall was like a glass thing with a spout on it that had vinegar in it and as the pressure changed the liquid would go up the spout. (it had green food coloring in the liquid)
