Thinking trying Minnetonka some weekday in the next week or so. Only fished it before many years ago in very late fall, after all the marking buoys were pulled. The lake has a lot of different basins to pick from. Which basins would be the best to try for this time of year?

Living in Colorado I've only fished it twice both in late October and that's where my personal best Muskie come from, but from what people told me at the time you can walk on water jumping from boat to boat in the summer time you will not be by yourself.

I would fish main lake if you are fishing a weekday. it shouldn't be too bad traffic wise.
