May 9 Annual Chapter Picnic and Swap Meet

Last year's 100 degree plus August picnic prompted us to move the picnic/swap to May from August. We will be meeting in Veterans Memorial Park in Richfield around 6 PM. Chapter will provide burgers and brats, buns and beverages, plates and silverware. If you have a side dish or dessert you wish to share, bring it, but you are not obligated to bring any food.

The swap is open to anyone. Let your friends know. You do not have to be a Twin Cities Chapter member to attend. We have reserved all three bays of the pavilion, so there is lots of room.

The park is conveniently located just two blocks south of the Portland Avenue exit off Crosstown 62. Parking and the swap are free.

The park has lots of fun for kids, like mini golf, but I'm not sure what is open in May.
