Posts: 1141 Location: NorthCentral WI | Finally broke the magical 50" mark yesterday morning. Thinking about having a replica made. Any girth estimates from those in the know? Thanks in advance! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDfv79pNEcU&t=15s Don't mind the swearing, I temporarily lost my mind. Posts: 1415 Location: Brighton CO. | Nice looking sweatshirt and your fish is fat and ugly! (fat and ugly is good) I like these fat fish I've seen GREAT JOB. Girth? 24"??? As I sit at my computer I look up at my mount of my largest fish above me. I didn't have it made I was at 35th Anniversary gathering of Muskies INC in the Twin Cities and Ron & Rick Lax had a display, I was looking at one of the mounts and it was the same length as mine and had the same coloring so Rick sold me a floor model. I had to fly home but a friend had driven so I got free shipping and no worries of shipping damage. My dad caught a large fish and didn't have it mounted because at 12 dollars a inch at the time he used the money to help pay for another trip. Pay to get a mount that's great fish. Dad already had a old skin mount. Again good job on your fish!

Posts: 1141 Location: NorthCentral WI | Thanks guys! After 15+ years and over 100 muskies this fish was just another caliber compared to anything I've caught before. My previous PB was 46" back in 2009 so I was so jacked to finally crush that! Edited by MartinTD 10/3/2022 9:50 AM
