I am trying to optimize my current reel and rod situation. I am no expert when it comes to this subject and I don't have many people I can ask. I have only been doing this kind of fishing for about 7 years with some success I guess. You read all about these reels and rods but don't really have a chance to see what other brands are like. I have been brand loyal to Abu Garcia and Tackle Industries with no issues. Below is my current arsenal.

Revo Toro S with Beast power handle - Tackle Industries 9' Telescopic XM Mag Extra Heavy Split Grip
Revo Toro S with Beast paddle handle - Tackle Industries 7,6' XXH Mega Heavy
Max Toro with standard handle - Tackle Industries 9' Telescopic XM Mag Extra Heavy Full Grip
New purchase - Beast T3 HS. Not sure what to do with.

Applications I use the above for.
Revo Toro S with Beast power handle - 8's, 10's, Spinner Baits
Revo Toro S with Beast paddle handle - Suicks and Glide baits
Max Toro with standard handle - Crankbaits, Rubber and Flaptail baits

The first thing I noticed was that you're using an XXH for suicks and glides, which I found a little odd, but that could just be me. Though 7'6" isn't a great length for rubber generally speaking, an XXH is. Just something I noticed.

I'd also use that 9' XH as your all-around rod for blades, cranks, small rubber, etc. Again, could just be though. It's all personal preference.

For that new reel ya got, get a rod that will cover whatever base you don't have covered. Maybe something smaller for spring time like a 7'6" to 8' heavy? Up to you.

Thanks Alex for the reply. The XXH 7’6 was recommended by Tackle Induustries for the application.
