Big ones are new this year, I've got two of the small ones and they do catch fish, I can't wait to try the big ones ,also.

Compared to the small ones at 3.5 inches, yes, it's big. I caught three muskies last year with the small ones bass fishing, not even trying for the ski's. The six incher weighs out at 2oz.

if you caught 3 muskie using the small ones, Im sure that the big ones will work great!

I was really excited about these baits last year, but I had problems with the action. What kind of line works best? do you straight tie, or use a snap swivel ?
I bet smallmouth crush them !

since i havent got mine wet yet, im not sure. but im guessing a small straight wire leader like you would use with a hellhound or any glide/jerk...

The original x-raps work really good for muskie and pike if you get the biggest size there is. Haven't tried the subwalks yet but the regular topwater walkers work great for everything.

If you're using the smaller size for smallies, straight tie with a rapala knot, and they work really well.

i would like to see rapala start making a musky-specific line of baits......a lot of the saltwaters i imagine would work well but that is about it.
