Subject: NW Angle Question

I will be fishing the NW angle the last week of July (24-31) this summer, and am wondering what conditions will be present.
The biggest concern is when the algee will bloom in this area??
What measures can be used to conteract the effects of the bloom on the fishing, other than noise and loud colors?

Does the bloom push fish to certain stuctures??

How expansives are the bloom clouds, and how far can one expect to have to travel to get away if needed?

Does the bloom occur in specific areas?? i.e depth or bottom type?

I would appreciate as much info as possible, as I would like to start studying my charts and formulating soom game plans soon.

Thanks
