Posts: 150 | I was watching the weather and they say near 60 tomorrow. Anyone up for a first trip of the year? I plan to fish the whole day and maybe part of Saturday. I will check out Webster but from what I hear Tippy is the best for open water. If anyone wants to make the trip let me know or if you just want to meet for breakfast/lunch. Email or call... Posts: 1335 Location: Chicago, Beverly | I am planning on driving down in the morning. Gonna double check the weather before I head down and maybe stay through saturday. I can give you a call on your cell when I pull up to my cottage(by boat ramp on Kuhn). I was thinking the Chain myself, any idea how the ice situation is there? Basically all I need is Barbee and Kuhn. I sorta have to dunk my Tuffy, haven't winterized it yet... I should be online until..maybe 12 your time..

Posts: 1106 Location: Muskegon Michigan | Wow nice temps. we are however stuck here in Muskegon Michigan with new boat problems. However I may have several new baits you would like for Webster. I have a new small shad called the Rippin shad that we debuted on Webster. I have the new yellow belly with the pink nose pattern going on this bait. Give us a shout our email and website are public. Posts: 20216 Location: oswego, il | I would be surprised if anything but tippy was open and at that the only luanch would be the dance hall. Good luck just the same.

Posts: 1335 Location: Chicago, Beverly | Grassy Creek was open along with the dance hall. Kuhn ramp has some ice but is isn't real thick. Didn't get by webster but am sure at least one ramp was open as we never saw Alan on Tippy.

Posts: 1335 Location: Chicago, Beverly | I was with him on friday, we did not catch anything. Not sure how he did today. All ramps were open today. Water temps between 39 in the deeper water and 42 in the shallows(By channels).

Posts: 150 | The one follow yesterday was the only fish I saw in two days fishing. Tom and I fished from about 8am til 5pm today and never moved a fish. Still had a great time on the water and it gave us lots of time to make plans for sping. Tom gave me some great ideas for a better trolling setup. With temps in the single digits this week, I think I can say it will be a few months til I get back out. Thanks again for all the great grub Tom!!! That guy knows how to pack a lunch!! See ya in the sping, Randy
