I just got my Abu C3 in. I am planning to go fishing tomorrow and was wondering if the reel is ready to fish out of the box or if there is something I still need to do. If I'm not mistaken the braking system had 3/6 enabled from the factory which should be fine. Mostly I'm wondering about grease and oil though. Thanks, hope everyone is doing well.

Nothing to do other than spooling it with line.

Spool it up and fish! When the bearings start singing, pop off the handle side cover, take the spool out, remove the bearings and oil them up. Good fishing!
