It looks like the Pheasant Run is up for auction. I don't know how this will affect the 2021 show.

They also laid off 75% of their employees. Hopefully it’s still open as they look for a buyer.

It will not effect the Muskie Expo at all this year. The Tower will still be open for rooms, and the show management is making adjustments for vendors and amenities as well. Next year.... we will have to see.

Laying off 75% of their staff right before the expo will have some effect.

Not on the Expo, which is held in the exhibition hall. None of the laid off staff work the show. So, as said, no real effect on the show at all. The lodging in the tower is available, and is where I'm staying. See the Mega Expo Center on the left? That's where the show is held, not attached to the rest of the complex.

From looking at the map there wasn't anyone to pick up the knocked over bucket of golf balls.;-)

This place has been around a very long time and is a busy place. Hard to believe it would ever board up.
