| im looking for something good that will keep is original shape over and over again.something like the old bucher that was dark. i hate my wolverine that can barely stay closed. in one word i want one whit a good spring effect . ty |

Location: NE Ohio | i have bought right from WORTH with no problems, cheaper that way. you can get multiple sizes and choose material they're made of. i've found the worth heavy split rings to be the best, and when questioning quality bait makers that's the exact ones they use also. |

| Agree the old olive coloured Buchers were best, best still were those pre 1997 ish with flat ends also they had thicker wire back then.
I think the finish was dropped due to health and safety.
You say you want a ring that will keep its shape. Are they needed for nose rings on cranks for the purpose of attaching a solid stainless ring Instead of using snap on your leaders ? You mentioned Wolverine but you wouldn’t be using triple wrap rings as a nose ring. Owner split rings are good but very expensive and they do a very heavy duty version. |

it's just to hold the treble.ive got brands that i didn't know the name that will keep their original shape even after couple of treble change,ive got some that seems to dangerously wanted to stay open after just the first time i open it. cheers |

| I ordered 1,000 worth's heavy #6 split rings 4 years ago based on being told they were the buchers and they are not the same. They open easily and are not as strong. I've had small fish open and bend them |

Location: Freedom, WI | You got a bad batch, I did also. 8 to 10 out of 100 were soft, at least that is what I found. As soon as I put the pliers on them I could tell. They have since corrected the problem. |
