Posts: 752 | Love it. I bought a Bait Fish colored one last spring. It trolls well and it a dynamite ripping bait. Put a couple of fish in the boat with it. Will p/u a more obnoixiouse color this spring to compliment the muted Bait Fish pattern..

Posts: 2269 Location: SE, WI. | I bought one last year. Used it a couple of times. Was NOT impressed at all with the action. It is quite thick in size and bulky, thought there were better options out there so I traded it...IMO...

Posts: 537 Location: Gilberts IL/Rhinelander WI | I thought it looked great ripped and twitched. It also held up to an absolute beating getting bounced off all the rocks I could find, BUT in the end no fish. I'll be using it more next year as I really liked the action.

Posts: 238 | I bought 2 last year. I tried them alot caught a small fish on them but did not like the action of them. They don't move around near as well as jakes or grandmas imo I sold both at swap meet

Posts: 63 | had a few follows. ripping it through the deep weed edge and over rocks, sand seemed to work out well and got a good response. I haven't used it much but I will use it more next year.

Posts: 410 Location: With my son on the water | I bought one last year, maybe it was me but the thing pulled very hard. It was hard to get much speeed or erratic action out of it so it was not my style.

Posts: 1039 Location: North St. Paul, MN | No fish on mine, but I liked the wobble it had and the pause when I ripped/twitched. I tried it on my crank bait rod and switched (almost immediately) to my jerk bait...That seemed to save me and not wear me out.

Posts: 98 | Used it this last fall. One day nothing else was really going on so my fishing partner put it on and caught 2 fish in the morning. Ripping and twitching it aggressively. We caught 5 fish that day (4 of them came on that perch shallowraider). Went back next time and he put another one in the boat on the same lure. I plan on using it a lot more twitching.

Posts: 20219 Location: oswego, il | I think the wobble on the 9 is agressive and way more so than the smaller Bucher shallow raiders. Like them too.
